We are a small-town booth rental salon and med-spa with multiple service providers who all have different specialties for a complete health, wellness, and self-care experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancelation fee of 25% of the scheduled appointment. Service providers may waive the fee at their discretion on a case by base basis. The first offense will simply incur the fee to be charged the same day or at next appointment(provider's discretion). Second offense will be required to pay cancelation fee before another booking will be allowed. Third offense will need to be paid immediately and a 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required to hold all future bookings.
